This is the official Outré Island website.

Outré Island is a lost city/island located hundreds, perhaps thousands, of miles away from where you are right now.  Its citizens had not known that there was an outside world until recently, when mayor Martin Suckle explained it to them using a simple crude drawing (below).  Many did not want to understand (also below).  He made this discovery over the period of 8 years by finding items from around the world on a small beach that he would visit on his way to work.  The last piece of evidence came in the form of a Luther Vandross album, which the mayor often listens to in stunned silence.



Martin Suckle explains the idea of the outside world to singer/songwriter Fluff.  He does not understand.  He barely listens.
